Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days of your purchase of the software. Before you ask for a refund, you must contact us directly and we will attempt to remedy your issue. If you’re having trouble, chances are we’ve encountered the same problem in the past and will be able to successfully help you.

Refunds will not be given to those who simply want to test drive the software or are unhappy with their results.
