Refunds

To run Halfagain LLC’s suite of tools effectively, you’ll need to know how to:

- set up a domain and hosting
- upload files using FTP
- create a mysql database on your server
- modify html for your templates (optional)

By completing your purchase through PayPal or 2Checkout, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods. Defective scripts, software or other products purchased from us are either repaired or replaced at our discretion within 60 days from the date of purchase. Rest assure though, we take customer support and software development seriously. Support for technical problems is available via email for the lifetime of the product.

If you want to be sure this product is for you, we urge you to use the 14 days trial.

$1 Trial details:
When you join the $1 trial you will be billed $1 only and the rest of your payment, based on type of your trial, will be automatically billed after a 14 days period. You can cancel your trial any time before the 14 days (2 weeks) passed. Just email us at support@halfagain.com or use 2checkout.com ticket system and ask for it. Make sure you do that at least 2 days before the rebill date, so we can have time to process it. AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For Storestacker users: Consider joining the affiliate programs before purchase. We can not guarantee your approval to any affiliate program supported by our script.

All licenses are “unlimited” for personal use. This means that each user has the ability to install the software on unlimited domains that he owns. The license is not transferable and it can not be shared, given away, sold or leased. If you are a developer or “site flipper” contact us for a developer license. If we suspect this policy is being abused or any cheating attempts, we reserve the right to revoke this benefit at any time with no refund.
