Executive summary
Objectives (personal business and project objectives)
Approach and major deliverables
Scope
Cost and funding
High level organization and key knowledge resources
Constraints, assumptions and dependencies
Impact on the existing organization (of any party)
Risk assessement
Work plan and milestones
Management Processes to be used
Appendices specific to the JV, partnership or project
