Question on Tokens and Blog Template

I wanted to know how and where do I change the following website:

How can I show the posts of the above blog?

Also, on this same page, how can I show all the active blogs in the middle?

Well.. it looks like you play with the template and is "a bit" broken now. You will have to reuploadthe templates files to make it work. As about moving around columns, you will need to know some css, and play with teh style.css
