Love the tools when it works Smiley 

I went nuts building a monster thesaurus for the word substitution.  I think I went overboard though. Mine's 4MB.

What is a reasonable size limit for a dictionary file?

It depends on your host allowed resources, like max execution times. With a too big thesaurus, parsing through content and replace words may take too long then your host allows and the process get closed by the server.
