In the rss install these is a sentence: "Unzip the archive on your HDD. Upload all the files contained in the RSS Converter folder to a web accessible directory on your server or hosting account.

You may change the name of the folder if you wish"

Does this mean I can't install it as a subfolder under my BS install?

I cannot get caxxxxxx.com/RSSConverter folder/settings.php. to display.

"RSSConverter folder" was just an example. You should just give that folder a name, and not use spaces.

However, installing on same pace with a BS domain would be more tricky, because BS controls the domain where is installed. It would be a better idea to install in a domain without BS.

If you still want to install in a BS domain, take a look at this article. http://halfagain.com/knowledgebase/users/kb.php?id=10022&category_id=1&sid2=
