It is all about PPC, i even use this PPC in my BS templatees and on my SS site.

The link i gave he will give him the option for PPC either as advertiser (which i think is what he wants) or publisher

does anyone know if amazon has the ability to let up put google conversion code anywhere so we can track sales conversions?  I didn't see any but i am new to amazon.

I have built three stores of late and used ADWORDS to point to them. I got excelent repsonses in a matter of hours. Unfortuantely rather quickly slapped me at $13.00 per click.

Has anybody actually had success with Google in particular to promote stores ?

Use the content network and you should see lower bid prices and do not have to worry about QS too much (a little bit, but nothing major).

I use things like search engine optimization and article writing to promote my stuff. I build a list for each site, and that's mainly how I make my money doing this.

For those of you who want to use pay per click, here is the best resource I know of:

This site will show you where to get free pay per click credits so you can create campaigns and test them out before committing or spending any money.

I don't know how many of you have heard of Rosalind Gardner. She runs http://www.101date.com and wrote a book/ebook on making money from affiliate programs.

I've seen her site on some of the smaller pay per clicks where you only pay about a penny per click. She seems to use it with a lot of success.

Start small. Check your keywords.

Google also offers a learning center. Lots of helpful free information here. They want you to succeed so you spend your money with them.
