Changes to Templates

Can you make a change to the templates if you want the layout to look differently? 

And also, does this work with Adsense?

Blogprofitz post on your existing wordpress blog. So you can use any wp theme you want, do whatever you want with the template, make it look anyway you want, use any ads (adsense, ypn, banners, etc)
