I am sorry but i am not sure i understand. You want to scrape google results for a given keyword and list that on your site? If so, i doubt it will help much. That is a 2-3 years old technique currently flagged as SE spam pretty fast.
YOu are probably correct, however my main point is for the products that are being sold to have relevant articles and videos in the same place. Say someone clicks on one of the products on my website, instead of just having the description, for their to be videos and articles embedded in the same product description area. Or perhaps links that direct the user to the relevant product article or video, instead of them having to search, or indeed for the webmaster to have to find the articles and link to the videos/articles manually for every product.
People want to feel like they have done all necessary research on the product before they purchase, if there was a direct link to a video and article review relevant to the product they are viewing, i feel half the job of convincing them that this is the product they want is done. If people have to search for the product's video or article on the same website, i think they are more likely to stumble upon another product they might be interested in and the cycle starts again.

You already have a "related products" section when you click on a product that links to ebay items, perhaps there could be a "related videos/related articles/reviews" section also?
Note i am referring to the articles and videos being on the same website obviously, not directing the user to another website, the same videos and articles that are pulled from grab and push.
