It would be great to have the plugins be able to search for multiple keywords in one rule.

One main issue is that people list items with or without plural so if you make a rule with only singular then you miss all of the plurals.

If you make two rules (one for singular and one for plural) then you get 2 versions of the same item in your store sometimes.

Or sometimes the same item is known by different names e.g. mobile phone, cell phone, cellular phone, plus all plurals. Making separate rules for all of these seems unnecessary. Couldn't the plugins work like ---keyword1|keyword2|keyword3--so you could get all related products with one run? There would have to be logic so that it doesn't list the same item multiple times on your site like it currently does.

you do not get "duplicates" because you used 2 rules with similar keyword (plural and singular). Even if the search will be done in same rule, it will still get same results. Multiple listings are added in ss because multiple auctions are opened for same item. People do that on ebay sometime, just open an auction with same product/title/image but at different time/day. As they are still different auctions, they are listed in SS. I agree that using same rule but with more words will take out some of the work, we are considering it already for an update

Has this functionality been added yet? Because the problem mentioned in the first post can be worked around by using multiple rules to add more products, but I have the opposite problem - I can't make the rule specific enough with only one keyword, and so irrelevant products are added to some of my categories.

I would like to also know if any progress has been made on this.

Omar, could you comment, please?

Thank you!
