Bulk Link Insertion Tool?

I am just getting started with TBS, so perhaps there is a way to accomplish bulk link insertions that I have not yet discovered.

I find the process of entering the link text / link url one at a time to be tedious.  In Excel I can prepare the data in no time...and it would be great to be able to upload it in some standard format.  Presumably this data is kept in the database somewhere.......

I would suggest accepting urls just as it is and auto insert anchor text from the file name like below.

http://domain.com/whatever-file.htm = anchor text = whatever file

There has to be an easier way of promoting our links. I can max out at only 50 using MM. Would appreciate if you guys can enable us to post more than 50 links via MM. Login manually to each domain is just plain crazy.
