Thanks so much for your call this evening, Jinger.  It was absolutely great!

I haven't actually started working with my StoreStacker software yet, so this call was a an absolute God-send in giving me a heads up on what I need to do in building, uploading and marketing my site.

I also suspect this call would be well worth repeating from time to time (1) for other folks like me who are new to the software, and (2) for those users who have already been working with StoreStacker for a while, but would like to fine tune what they are doing.

You provided a wealth of valuable info in the call, and in the download kit you provided -- and I couldn't be more pleased!

I don't seem to be able to download this.  I click on it and the download comes up for about 1/10 of a second then it disappears

I've downloaded the conference call several times and even though my Windows Media Player says it is playing, I don't hear anything.  I've already listened to other music files using the player so I know it works.  I also have it set to play wav files and other sound files.  Nothing!

Any suggestions?  I would really like to listen to this, as I had intended to do the call-in to listen, but got side-tracked.

well.. is just a mp3 file.. not sure why would not play for you, i tested it and worked fine for me. I used winamp to play it

Just a note... I also had no trouble downloading or listening to the conference call. I use IrfanView (awesome FREE software - I recommend using this as it works for all multimedia including Flash, as well as a quick image viewer)

Jinger, I was at the teleconference, but had to leave a bit before the first hour was up. Family illness in NM, and I've just gotten back to AZ a few days ago. Trying to catch up (now there's a myth!)

Thank you SO MUCH for this call. I am now listening to the mp3 and again am just so thankful you did this. I've actually been in IM since 1998 solid, and playing with the measly stuff available even before that, since 1994. So, much of this was familiar ground.... but you've really added so much DEEP information. I think anyone listening to this call, if they really USE this info, will see much success with SS and overall, with all things IM.

I quite by accident, some weeks back, ran into your store on Lulu! I have two stores there as well. Is this where your print books began? You've mentioned Amazon, and I am currently looking into the possibilities there. My bookhouse has a number of our print books on Amazon, but I am specifically looking to take my 1WebDiva.com efforts there. Are you doing Kindle? Create Space? (I think that is the correct name...)

Anyway. I agree with the previous posting. This type of conference call would be an amazing ongoing resource for SS peeps!
