RSS Converter Files

Hi  everyone!

I have my Content Solution files set up in my hosting account. I downloaded the RSS Converter files and configured them. In the README file of the RSS Converter folder, it say "CHMOD history.txt and config.php files to 777 also. You can NOT rename it..."

Where is the config.php file? I see a config.inc file. What's that supposed to mean? Can anyone help? I need help NOW!!!

i also think that is the config.inc - you have to correct it in the redme file.
but i dont understand for what is it - for what porpose of the rss converter?
it build sites from rss?
