I have a question about the quality or uniqueness of content solution's articles. Most spinners and content creators either 1) create garbage or 2) are 30% unique. While some people are happy with that, I'm not.

30% is OK if you are submitting to blog networks who don't care if 20 articles that are all 30% unique end up posting to their blog...

...but you can't get away with that kind of thing at places like ezine articles. I mean...basically I am looking for something that can produce at least 80% unique...ideally, it'd be 100% but I understand with software that might not be possible. Just something that ezine articles, associated content, squidoo, etc. won't flag me for.

What are your experiences? Or maybe Omar can answer this one for me?

80% or 100% changed article means you actually write another article and keep only few words or even none. That is possible of course, but if you do it automatically (with a tool) will probably do look like garbage because you can just not replace every word with another word and still have a readable article. If you want such type of content, you don;t need a tool but a freelancer to write it.
