creating links

I'm having trouble getting the links in my articles. I have the [keyword] token, followed by a fixed term "boxes" for example. The keywords are colors "red" "blue" green", so it prints "red boxes" or "blue boxes" or "green boxes".  I have 3 url's in the LSA and one has "green boxes", one "red boxes" and the other "blue boxes" as the key phrase. I've done it over and over and only once did it print a link for the phrase. What is up? Shouldn't it print the one with the color used each time it comes up? I output 25 versions of the article (around 8 tags) to rss over and over. Why isn't "green boxes" linking to the site with that term? This is so close, but without the links it doesn't do any good. It worked once so I know it should work but...?
