Is CS supposed to be able to capitalise keywords as it looks like my installation can't.

It should be able if use the proper tag, like [keyword^cap]

Could be a miss understand here i think that just [keyword^cap] just capitalise the first letter of the word and not the whole word

Oh.. i thought that is what you want. It does capitalise only the first letter. There is no token that capitalise the full word.
