Hi All,

I am new to StoreStacker and web design in general, so I just thought I'd post my first website, for my first attempt i think it's not too bad.

Here is the URL: www.fullblownbass.com

It is an online store for all things to do with the bass guitar, it has video's, lessons, news items, and of course, a store. I customized the 'Happy' Template and put in the 'Fractal' background to get that look, and i made the header myself with photoshop CS4.

ENJOY!

oh, and please comment and (constructively) criticize

Nice job with the template. Even if i can see is adapted from one of defaults, it is still very little like original. I would have added some images for the products too though..

Nice job with the header and bg.  Looks great!  I agree with Omar though and think that it really needs some pics of the products.  It just needs to be a little more engaging.

pretty much all of the products in the store section of the site do have pictures. if you mean the items on the home page, they are news stories, not products.

Hi Kin,

At the moment I'm getting barely anything, I'd be lucky to get over $15 a week, but that is because i only just registered the site in Google and other search engines a little while ago, so it's still in the 'Google sandbox'. the profits have been growing steadily since i submitted it to the search engines, and I'm hoping that soon they will build significantly. The thing is, the stores are 100% automated, so even if you do get low profits, you can set up lots of stores (I'm in the middle of building a new site myself at the moment) and just leave them, so for a few weeks work and your hosting fees, you have money coming in while you sleep with you not having to do a thing.
