Scott sent out the CJ plugin email a few hours ago. For anyone that missted for various reasons, here it is again:

"The CommissionJunction integration went live today, which means the products and merchants offered through CJ.com are now available to promote through your StoreStacker stores!

Easily one of our most powerful plugins, CommissionJunction adds a huge ~14 million promotable products to your quiver.  Virtually every niche and every market is covered, so no matter what market you're serving, you'll find solid offerings for your readers.

Because CJ has such a large number of products, we also created a tool to help you find the merchants that offer the products you want to promote.  This, of course, is included with the plugin.

You can see more informatin about the plugin here - http://storestacker.com/commissionjunction.html

This page also includes a new tutorial video that shows you how to use it (it's nice and easy) - http://www.storestacker.com/tutorials/cj.html

To get the CJ plugin now, click here - http://halfagain.com/checkout/?g=SST

And to take advantage of StoreStacker for $1, click here - http://storestacker.com/order.html

Enough links for you?

Please note, because a significant amount of our server resources are needed to serve these datafeeds to our customers, the CJ plugin is charged on a recurring basis rather than a flat rate.  But don't worry, the power easily justifies the payment ($10/month).

Let us know if you have any questions.

Scott"

I bought the plugin. Now I am somewhat confused.

When it asks for the affiliate ID, is this the account number or is it the PID, which is assigned to each website you have in your account?

I just want to check this before I set everything up.

Also, are the SS license number and the CJ plugin license number different? I mean, can they be different because mine are.

Thanks for your help. Jinger

The account number is the main CJ PID. The CJ plugin order number is different then SS order number since was made in separate purchases. To access to CJ data you need to setup the CJ order number in the plugin settings.

I used the CJ plugin on one store and it worked great -- I was already an approved affiliate for that merchant.

When I went to set up the plugin for another of my existing merchant relationships, I found that the SS plugin did not include that merchant (Joann.com) in the list of programs to choose from. My question is will more CJ merchants be added? Can I request specific merchants to be added?

In order to be added a merchant need to have a products catalog. If they don't use that option inside CJ, it can not be added. On the other hand, they also need to approve us as affiliates in order to have access to the feeds. We do our best to get approved to as many merchants as possible.

After you upload it, plugi will show in your Plugins menu, where you need to fill your PID and CJ plugin order number (that you got when bought from us)

I am still confused about what to put in for the Overstock Plug-in where it asks for Affiliate ID.  I purchased the Overstock Plug-in at the same time as Storestacker and did not receive a separate order for just the Overstock Plug-in.  I have a CJ PID #, an Advertizer ID and an account id. They are all 7 digits long.

I did receive a license number when I ordered Storestacker.  Other than that I do not have a cod eto put in.

Please tell me where to get it.

So far I placed the PID in the where it asks for CJ Affiliate ID.
